Bobbi has over 2 decades of experience providing consultancy to global organisations in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, project and programme management and management consultancy.

Her long and wide ranging career in both permanent and consultancy roles spans across retail and investment banking, commodities trading, technology and aircraft engineering give her exceptional insights into the challenges and working practices of all corners of industry. Her experience of running global teams and helpdesks, of working in challenging and high pressure environments allows her to understand the best ways to improve the working environment for LGBTQIA+ people and provide both simple and more complex strategies to make companies more attractive for present and future employees.

Her current clients are wide ranging from banking to hospitality, healthcare to heavy industry and technology.
